EV Charger Installation
We are OZEV-authorised, so we fit chargers that qualify for the government grant and deal with the claim for you. We install the main smart units — Ohme, Zappi, Hypervolt and Pod Point — and set them up on your app and tariff before we leave.
A charger is only as good as the circuit behind it. We check your incoming supply, fit the right protection, and run the cable route neatly rather than clipping it across the front of the house.

- Dedicated RCD-protected circuit with the right cable for the run

As an OZEV-authorised installer we fit only approved chargepoints to BS 7671 and the IET Code of Practice. From April 2026 the EV chargepoint grant is worth up to £500 per socket for renters, flat owners and landlords — homeowners with a driveway are not eligible, so we will tell you honestly whether a grant applies.

Most single-charger jobs are done in half a day with minimal disruption.

Can I get the government grant?
If you rent your home, own a flat, or are a landlord you can claim up to £500 per socket and we handle the claim. Homeowners with off-street parking are not eligible — the scheme changed in 2022.
Which charger should I choose?
For most homes a 7kW smart charger is the right call. We fit Ohme, Zappi, Hypervolt and Pod Point and will match the unit to your car, tariff and how you charge.
Do I need my fuse board upgraded first?
Not always. We check your supply on the survey. If the board is old or full we will price a change alongside so you are not caught out.
