Reports are carried out to BS 7671:2018 + Amendment 4:2026. Private landlords in England are required to hold a satisfactory EICR under the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020, renewed at least every five years.
Our house near the Downs is Edwardian and I was nervous about the mess. They worked around the cornicing and skirtings really carefully and left it cleaner than they found it.
